Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BAGS (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using BAGS on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

Who we are

“BAGS”, “we”, and “us” refer to Get Em Bags LLP and its affiliates. “You” refers to the merchant using the Service.

Merchant of Record model

BAGS is built to act as a Merchant of Record for transactions processed through the Service. In practice, this means a customer may see BAGS as the seller/merchant on the receipt and BAGS may handle tax calculation and invoicing where applicable. You remain responsible for your products/services, fulfillment/delivery, customer communications, and any warranties you offer.

Using the Service

  • Accurate information: You must provide accurate KYB and business information and keep it up to date.
  • Lawful use: You must not use the Service for illegal, sanctioned, deceptive, or harmful activity.
  • Customer obligations: You are responsible for the products/services you sell and your customer support policies.

Fees

Fees are shown in the dashboard and/or pricing page. Blockchain network fees may apply. You are responsible for any fees you owe under these Terms and the Merchant Agreement.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

You must have clear refund and dispute terms for your customers. Depending on the payment method and network, refunds may require additional steps and may not be possible for certain irreversible transfers. BAGS may pause settlements or require additional review if we detect elevated dispute, fraud, or compliance risk.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if required by law, to protect users, or to address fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
