Merchant of Record

For transactions processed through BAGS checkout, BAGS may act as Merchant of Record. This can include presenting BAGS as the merchant on customer receipts, calculating taxes, issuing invoices/receipts, and operating payment flows.

Compliance (KYB)

You agree to provide accurate KYB information and promptly update it if it changes.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the products/services you sell, delivery/fulfillment, and customer support.
• You must provide clear refund and dispute policies to customers.
• You must not sell prohibited items or use BAGS for illegal, deceptive, or sanctioned activity.

Settlements

Settlements are processed to the payout details you configure in your dashboard. Settlement timing can vary due to KYB status, fraud/compliance review, network confirmation times, operational constraints, and required holds/reserves.

Risk controls

To protect customers and the ecosystem, BAGS may hold funds, delay or pause settlements, request additional documentation, or restrict your account if we detect elevated risk or are required to do so by law or our partners.
